The Beach Bag Marco Polo in Desert Brown Color pairs sun-warmed neutrals with a crisp checked weave. Each side tells a different story—“Marco” on one, “Polo” on the other—so the look changes with a simple flip. Handmade in Italy, it’s lightweight, structured and weather-resistant, with a secure zip and interior pocket. Size 52 × 16 × 43 cm. Add the coordinating pouch (23 × 11 × 16 cm), sold separately, for everyday essentials.

Conceived by the ZigZagZurich Studio, the Beach Bag Marco Polo in Desert Brown Color channels dunes, driftwood and shade lines on sunlit sand. The check shifts from taupe to cocoa, while the two faces—“Marco” and “Polo”—create a playful call-and-response in tone and texture. Clean proportions keep the silhouette refined, carrying the mood from beach mornings to city afternoons with effortless poise.

Woven and handcrafted in Italy, the dense double-face construction provides definition, shape retention and everyday durability. how to measure

To order custom curtains, start by measuring your window or track width. You’ll then choose your desired fullness in the next step – we’ll take care of the final curtain width based on that.

Step 1: Measure the Width & Height

  • Track width: Measure the total width of your curtain rail or track.
  • Window width: If you don’t have a rail yet, measure the full width of your window and add extra space if you want the curtains to extend beyond the frame.

Take 3 measurements – from the top of the curtain track (or where you plan to install it) to the floor or desired curtain length:

  • Left side
  • Middle
  • Right side

Step 2: Choose Your Fullness

Fullness refers to the extra fabric used to create a soft, wavy drape. While you provide the actual width of your window or track, we use that as a base and apply additional fabric to achieve the desired visual effect.

You’ll select your preferred fullness in the next step

  • Exact (0%) – Clean and minimalist, no extra fabric.
  • Minimalist (+10%) – A slight gather, simple and modern.
  • Standard Modern (+50%) – A balanced, softly pleated look.
  • Luxurious (+100%) – Deep folds and a rich, elegant drape.

Sustainability Commitment

Remove the washable lining via the zipper before cleaning. Cold wash the lining (max 30 °C) on a gentle cycle with a mild liquid detergent; do not tumble dry—reshape and air dry completely. Do not bleach or iron. Do not wash the outer shell: wipe it with a damp cloth and avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, or abrasive brushes. After beach use, shake out sand and briefly rinse the zipper with fresh water; dry thoroughly. Reinsert the lining only when fully dry and store the bag zipped and unstuffed to help maintain its shape.
